Na natureza as espigas come\u00e7am a formar-se e v\u00e3o amadurando at\u00e9 \u00e0 ceifa. Em muitas terras e regi\u00f5es h\u00e1 aut\u00eanticas romarias pelos campos at\u00e9 alguma capela e fazem-se os ramos de flores campestres, espigas e ramos de oliveira. Entre n\u00f3s aben\u00e7oamos o p\u00e3o que comemos e queremos manter &#8211; p\u00e3o bento &#8211; todo ano em nossa casa durante um ano para que o alimento nunca nos falte e a sa\u00fade seja uma b\u00ean\u00e7\u00e3o para a fam\u00edlia.
